- Privacy Policy
1.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement of the service https://boss.az/.
1.2. This Privacy Policy establishes the procedure for obtaining, storing, processing, using, disclosing, and protecting the User’s personal data.
1.3. The database of Users’ personal data is located at the Administration’s address.
1.4. The controller of the personal data database is the Administration — the company “DIGITAL CLASSIFIEDS MMC”.
1.5. When filling out a form for posting an advertisement, registering on the Service, subscribing to newsletters, or in other cases of using the Service, the User provides the Administration with data and personal information.
1.6. Data collection may also be carried out through surveys of Service Users.
1.7. User participation in surveys is conducted with their consent.
1.8. The User independently and voluntarily decides to provide the Service with personal data and any other information about themselves, and also consents to the processing of such personal data and information by the Administration, their transfer to other Users acting on behalf of the Administration, and/or third parties.
1.9. 1.11. The Service collects the following information about Users:

1.15. The Administration does not sell or lease information and personal data provided by Users during the use of the Service.
1.16. To facilitate interaction between Users, the services provide limited access to the contact information of other Users.
1.17. The right to use data provided by other Users is limited by the User Agreement.
1.18. The User of the Service undertakes not to use data provided by another User without the written permission of that User or confirmation of the right to use such data in another way.
1.19. All data about other Users obtained by the User in connection with the use of the Service may only be used to fulfill agreements related to transactions.
1.20. Thus, the use of an email address for sending direct advertising or unsolicited electronic messages, the use of another User’s phone number, and the performance of unauthorized or illegal actions without the knowledge and consent of another User are prohibited.
1.21. The User of the Service has the opportunity to partially modify, delete, or otherwise edit personal and other data provided during the use of the Service at any time.
1.22. The User is responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the provided information.
1.23. If the User logs in or registers and uses the Service through an OpenID service, the User can configure the transfer and use of their data in the settings of such a service.
1.24. The Service and the Administration take all effective measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.
1.25. All personal data collected and processed by the Service are stored on a server with no external access within one or more secure corporate networks.
1.26. All Administration employees who perform functions involving access to and use of Users’ personal and other data have signed a non-disclosure agreement regarding User information to third parties.

2.18. The Administration uses certain authorized service providers to provide relevant Service offerings to the User, as well as for other purposes related to the direct operation of the Service.

- Amendments to the Privacy Policy
3.1. The Administration may make changes, delete, or update the rules of the Privacy Policy.
3.2. If the User does not agree with the changes made, they must stop using the Service.
3.3. If the User continues to use the Service, they agree and fully accept all changes and the new version of the Privacy Policy.
